Patrick Geddes - 'Renascence' Man

12 minute documentary on the late Victorian polymath whose ideas remain hugely influential in the fields of social sciences and the environment. Commissioned in 2004 by McManus Galleries, Dundee. Written and narrated by Matthew Jarron, Curator of the University of Dundee Museum Collections, which comprise over 32,000 artefacts and specimens including a significant collection of over 8,000 works of art and design. This, my first commissioned documentary, has been recently rediscovered in my hard drives and shows its age technically but should hopefully still be a pleasure and inspiration to watch.
